The homeowners wanted a space that felt sophisticated without losing its sense of welcome — a home where modern living and traditional warmth sit side by side without compromise. Wood finishes, soft neutrals, and layered lighting establish this tone which unfolds from the entrance. The foyer does real work here: a seating nook, display shelves for personal artefacts, and warm accent lighting make the transition into the home feel intentional rather than incidental. The living area is anchored by a foldable mirrored screen — a piece that functions as both a spatial divider and a design statement. Its mirrored surface draws light and adds depth while the warm wooden frame keeps it firmly within the home's material language rather than letting it read as a standalone object.
