The brief was simple on paper , make two apartments feel like one home.
Two units, one home — merged without a trace
Originally designed as two independent apartments, this five-bedroom residence at Sobha Jasmine was transformed into a single, cohesive home. The core of the work lay in rethinking circulation, services, and spatial planning across both units — resolving the seams between them so the final home feels natural, spacious, and connected throughout. The kitchen became the focal point of the transformation: a reorganised layout and fully rethought storage system resulted in a larger, brighter, and more functional space that reflects how the family actually uses it, with carefully planned cabinetry and efficient workflows keeping it both practical and inviting.

The interiors adopt a warm, timeless aesthetic built on natural textures, soft neutral tones, and handcrafted details. Exposed wooden beams, classic furniture, and considered lighting create an atmosphere that is elegant and comfortable without being precious. Every space was designed to balance functionality with character — generous in scale, welcoming in feel, and thorough in its detailing. The result is a home that fits the way the family lives today and is built to remain relevant well beyond it.
