Small footprint, no compromises — a compact apartment that proves constraints are just opportunities in disguise.
Every square foot accounted for, nothing wasted
This compact 3 BHK in Indiranagar, Bangalore presented a familiar set of challenges — an existing structural grid of columns, niches, and irregular corners that could either limit the design or define it. We chose the latter. The planning focused entirely on maximising every square foot without sacrificing openness or comfort, turning each structural constraint into a storage opportunity or spatial feature. Custom-designed storage solutions are integrated seamlessly throughout, allowing every corner to serve a purpose while keeping the aesthetic clean and uncluttered.

Warm wood finishes, soft neutrals, and subtle lighting run across the apartment, creating a sense of understated sophistication that makes the home feel larger and brighter than its footprint suggests. Every element — from the joinery to the material palette — was chosen to be both practical and timeless, ensuring the spaces work as well as they look. The result is a home where functionality and refined design are indistinguishable from each other: intuitive, efficient, and effortlessly inviting.
