The Tauro Residence at Sobha Jasmine is a 4 BHK apartment that had been furnished and lived in for over 14 years. The homeowners came to us with a precise brief: keep the address, change everything else. The scope covered a full spatial and aesthetic overhaul — redefining key internal spaces, tightening the layout, and modernising the kitchen to meet current ergonomic and lifestyle standards. The design direction was clear from the outset: minimalistic luxury, built on clean lines, balanced proportions, and a calm material palette that would age well and function without effort.
The work began with understanding how the clients actually live — their daily patterns, storage needs, and expectations for the spaces they use most. From there, every decision was made in service of producing interiors that feel uncluttered and elevated without being precious or impractical. Spatial flow was improved across the apartment, the kitchen was rebuilt for efficiency and ergonomics, and the overall aesthetic was brought into alignment with where the clients are now — not where the apartment was 14 years ago. The project was delivered turnkey, with the final result reflecting a home that has been thoroughly thought through.
